From junior to project manager in just 3 years
I joined Digiwin Normandie from TRSb Group in February 2020 as a Junior PHP Developer.
I joined the Service Center team on an assignment for RIVP (Régie Immobilière de la Ville de Paris), followed by projects to set up automated tests for RATP and Drupal site integration for FASTT.
Over the last 3 and a half years, I’ve seen my responsibilities increase considerably by becoming Project Manager. I also play a lead role on the agency’s Drupal projects.
Technical training
These developments are the result of the training courses I’ve taken with my agency, including the Drupal front & back developer and webmaster courses.
I’ve also learned a lot from my peers, so that I’m more autonomous on all development projects.
Project management training
As far as my role as Project Manager is concerned, I’ve acquired the necessary skills by learning and sharing knowledge: how to keep track of consumption and progress on a project, how to manage customer Steering Committees, invoicing, etc.
To begin with, I took over the management of existing projects, and once I had acquired these skills, I was given the task of managing brand-new projects.
This year, I’ll be attending new training courses on Drupal Expert, Agile project management and the roles of Scrum Master and Product Owner. I can’t wait to see where these new skills will take me!

RIVP (Régie Immobilière de la Ville de Paris) recently renewed its confidence in us, asking us to manage its business applications for a further 4 years. Fleury Michon has also entrusted us with the creation of its new website.
The Service Center is the TRSb Group entity that carries out fixed-price projects and Third-Party Application Maintenance (TMA) services. Working in this environment has enabled me to develop my skills in the strong principles of commitment to results, deadlines, quality and cost.
