From an early age, Kévin has been passionate about IT. His professional aspirations led him to join Groupe TRSb in Nantes, where he has now been flourishing for 10 years.
Through his experiences, Kévin has demonstrated his skills and determination, becoming an accomplished project manager, specializing in the implementation of intranets. In this article, we delve into the story of his journey, fueled by his passion and supported by a committed team, promising a bright future within the Group.
An obvious direction
Since I was very young, I’ve been immersed in IT and it became obvious that I would make a career out of it. After my A-levels, I decided to study for a BTS in computer science, so that I could quickly enter the professional world. Groupe TRSb was my first professional experience. I joined for my third-year internship in 2014 and 10 years later, I’m still here!
From Developer to Project Manager
I started out as a Java Developer, on the Jalios CMS. After 3 years, I was certified by the publisher and qualified as a Product Expert.
Then, a few years later, the Group offered me a position as project manager, which I’ve now held for 5 years.
The Ace of intranets
I’m mainly qualified in intranet implementation. It’s a really exciting subject that varies enormously according to customer needs. It requires coordination, adaptability and excellent technical knowledge. This enables me to quickly understand the sticking points, make the right decisions and guarantee the progress of projects to my external contacts. I also enjoy the close contact and dialogue with teams and customers.
A bright future
My development has been smooth and on the initiative of my manager. He was always ready to develop my skills and challenge me. It’s thanks to him that I’ve been able to gain so much experience. My manager and management were always there to support me in my new responsibilities.
This unwavering support over the past 10 years and the projects to come mean that I can still look forward to a bright future with the Group!
