Anywhere Operations: a new business model for companies
The teleworking policies adopted by companies at the start of the pandemic are being extended. Forrester asserts that the number of teleworkers at the end of 2021 will be three times higher than before the health crisis. The business environment is in a state of flux, punctuated by telecommuting – or rather, decentralized working.
“Anywhere Operations“, a term coined by analyst Gartner, refers to an IT operating model that enables employees to work wherever they are, and to have an IT infrastructure capable of supporting this organizational change.
This new trend is now a crucial issue for organizations. The model implemented must deliver a unique, high value-added employee experience. To achieve this, companies need to evolve their work habits and management practices, and offer a digital experience that is as seamless as it is scalable.
