On the occasion of International Women’s Rights Day 2023, Groupe TRSb honors our female experts who have chosen a career in IT alongside Digiwin!
Discover the portraits of Laetitia, Ning and Christiane, 3 of the 4 digital experts highlighted in this article.

Laëtitia SCHOEPFF – Dev. Engineering Project Manager

Laëtitia’s fascination with maths began in her native Alsace. It quickly broadened to include the sciences as she progressed through school, culminating at university. There, Laëtitia distinguished herself during her doctorate with a thesis in supramolecular chemistry, with particularly high marks, accompanied by her thesis supervisor, herself the collaborator of a Nobel Prize winner.

Like many scientific PhDs, Laëtitia then decided to retrain to become an IT engineer. She chose IB Cegos in Rouen to master Java development.

It is on this technology that Laëtitia joins Digiwin Groupe TRSb. Since joining at the beginning of 2020, Laëtitia has considerably broadened the range of technologies she masters, as well as her functional scope with project and team management.

What Laëtitia loves about her job is that she is constantly learning, driven by innovation and the rapid evolution of the subjects she works on. It’s also about satisfying her intellectual curiosity through the encounters she encounters during her assignments, and discovering a wide variety of fields and professions.

Laëtitia’s driving force is passion. The passion she nurtures for her job and the energy this passion gives her to invest in her missions, learning again and again.

When she’s not working, it’s still with energy that Laëtitia gets involved. When some people do DIY, Laëtitia renovates their whole house, when some listen to music, Laëtitia plays it!

When Ning arrived from her native China with a literary baccalaureate and a basic level of French, she already had a passion for video games and computing. It was in this field that she was determined to make her career. In fact, she began self-taught. Ning then enrolled at the University of Rouen Normandie.

That’s how she went on to develop her expertise, culminating in a Master 2 in Software Engineering, as an intern at Digiwin Groupe TRSb. Since then, Ning and Digiwin have been working together ever since!

What Ning loves about her job is the variety! The variety of ever-changing projects, and the diversity of all the technologies she’s constantly learning about. Ning also loves a challenge, she loves complex subjects that require her thought and expertise, and her great pleasure is finding solutions.

When she hangs up her keyboard, she goes back to the video games or piano she learned as a child.

Christiane NETO – Lead Dev

After her Bac S (A-levels) with an option in physics and chemistry, Christiane chose to pursue her studies in the field of information technology, culminating in a Master’s degree in Industrial Computer Engineering at the IUP in Rouen – a class in which she was the only girl!

It was his taste for innovation and his interest in the revolution represented by the phenomenal growth of the Internet that drew him to this profession when he chose his career path. A career that began with an internship at Winiwig, which became Digiwin when the TRSb Group joined.

20 years later, Christiane is still working for Digiwin, and she’s very clear about it: “Never boring”, and indeed, application development is where she puts all her digital expertise to good use, while at the same time indulging her creativity. “Zero monotony”, because Christiane is constantly learning about a wide variety of technologies, discovering new business sectors, professions and contacts as she works on each project.

When Christiane puts high-tech on pause, she takes a gentle trip to the movies or books.
