For QUALITEL Espace Numérique du Logement, DIGIWIN is creating the CLÉA platform, a digital solution based on the Angular and Symfony frameworks, designed to simplify the lives of those involved in home construction and future homeowners.
Throughout the project, CLÉA facilitates and strengthens the quality of the relationship between the professional (builder, developer, architect, project manager, contractor, etc.) and his customers, enabling them to better follow the progress of the project and to take ownership of their home.
The principle: a digital space for the home, from design to delivery, and throughout its life cycle.
Contracts, site supervision, acceptance, handover… throughout a single-family home project, the quality of customer relations is fundamental. But it’s not always easy to respond quickly to all homeowners’ questions, involve them fully in the project, or give them easy access to key documents and information whenever they want.
With this in mind, QUALITEL Espace Numérique du Logement and DIGIWIN have designed and developed CLÉA, a digital solution dedicated to the home.
The aim is to make daily life easier for all those involved in the construction industry (builders, developers, architects, project managers, contractors, etc.), with a practical, interactive tool that adds considerable value for their customers.
For professionals: easier day-to-day operations, stronger customer relationships
Specifically adapted to the challenges of customer relations in the field of single-family homes under construction, CLÉA integrates 3 essential functions to enable professionals to provide high value-added service:
A secure space* to centralize, store and share with customers all information and documents relating to the home: sales proposal, plans, contract and specifications, etc.
An interactive tool to streamline communication with customers: track site progress, send photos, invite them to visits, etc.
A personalized maintenance guide for every home.
* All stored information is hosted on servers in France and is protected in compliance with RGPD regulations.
For homeowners: an extra service before, during and after the worksite
With CLÉA, via a dedicated access, protected by a personal code, individuals can :
Track theprogress of their project more easily.
Accessall contract, technical and equipmentdata…
Benefit from a wide range of home-related advice and content: eco-gestures, indoor air quality, ventilation…
This support service continues beyond delivery, with automatic reminders for equipment maintenance. An energy consumption monitoring tool compliant with article 23 of RT 2012 will be available as an option by the end of 2020.
Better informed, owners can become fully involved in their project, easily taking ownership of their home’s operation and ensuring its longevity.

An agile methodology
- The project was carried out over seven months using Scrum methodology. After sprints dedicated to the design of the tool (detailed functionalities, graphic layout), we carried out development sprints. Daily, Sprint planning & Sprint review enabled us to fine-tune the project to meet Qualitel’s requirements and to co-construct the product.
- On the technical side, the main part of the application for building professionals is based on the PHP language, using the Symfony framework. The site dedicated to private customers is based on Angular and will serve as the foundation for a future mobile application, soon to be available on Android and iOS.
Next steps
Qualitel and Digiwin are already working on the next version. In the next few months, CLÉA will be available to the multi-family housing sector. In autumn 2020, a 100% consumer version will also be deployed, enabling users to create the space of their current home.
