Since 2007, Digiwin has been helping Regional Health Agencies to manage their activities by designing various digital platforms.
Within the framework of covid-19, and under the guidance of the French Ministry of Health and the Digital Department, new platforms designed in partnership with Digiwin have been launched.
Digiwin has been a partner of ARS and the French Ministry of Health since 2007.
ARS and the French Ministry of Health have placed their trust in Digiwin for a number of projects over the years.
These projects, which vary in nature, all have one thing in common: to provide ARS with high-performance working tools to help them carry out their missions.
Some projects completed since 2007:
- Arhgos manages authorizations for healthcare facilities, such as general medicine and radiology activities (scanner, MRI, etc.);
- SI-ETP for monitoring therapeutic patient education programs;
- Service Sanitaire, a website for the general public, linking healthcare students with organizations that publish internship offers(Service-sanitaire.fr);
- PHARMA-SI, to help ARS carry out their regulatory mission in relation to retail, mining and mutual pharmacies(Pharma-SI).
These projects have enabled Digiwin to provide ARS and the Ministry with the full range of its expertise: graphic design, project management, and the complete production of applications using state-of-the-art technologies (technical stack in Vue.JS, Java Play! & Java Spring, Docker).
In 2020, the PHARMA-SI application was enhanced with a portal enabling pharmacies to dematerialize their annual sales declarations.
Two new bricks dedicated to the fight against covid-19
In response to the covid-19 crisis, two new functionalities were developed and put into production as a matter of urgency, in order to respond in an efficient and organized way to the actions taken by the French Ministry of Health to combat this pandemic.
December 2020: Antigen tests available in pharmacies for publication on the Santé.fr website
Through this new service, pharmacists can communicate about their antigen test facilities. It includes dates, times and target audiences (seniors / priority professions / general public, etc.).
This data is automatically transferred to the Santé.fr website and published on each pharmacy’s presentation page.
January 2021: Vaccine orders for EHPADs
As part of the organization put in place by the government to roll out the first vaccination campaign, the platform implemented by the Ministry of Health and Digiwin facilitates the link between EHPADs and pharmacies for reporting vaccine requirements.
In this way, each pharmacy orders the number of doses needed to advance the vaccination campaign.
