After creating the Espace Numérique de la Maison for QUALITEL, Digiwin continues to develop CLEA for the collective world.

Based on the Scrum methodology and built with the same development team, this version is still based on a Back-Office developed with Sonata Admin, a middle in Symphony Twig and a special space designed for Mobile First in Angular.

Find out what’s new in the new version of the Cléa application.

Continuation of the CLEA project: opening up to different profiles

Since the beginning of October 2020, CLEA is now open to the different profiles that punctuate the life of multi-family housing. Based on developments made for single-family homes, CLEA adapts its screens to meet the needs of :

  • Real estate developer
  • Social landlord
  • Property management
  • Union Council member

This new digital housing space replaces the GISELE logbook introduced in 2010. Its aim is to preserve and improve the quality of homes and condominiums by bringing together all the information needed to manage and maintain communal housing.

What’s new in this version

The new version is based on the arrival of new services:

1- A customer relations area to centralize information on housing and common areas

CLÉA features a document module for exchanging essential documents. These include plans, diagnostics and condominium bylaws.

2- An equipment guide to help you get to grips with and maintain your home

CLÉA offers a “ready-to-use” equipment guide that can be easily customized with information written by QUALITEL experts. The tool makes it easier for occupants to get to grips with and maintain their homes. The tool also covers communal areas and equipment, and reminds users of essential maintenance operations such as annual boiler servicing.

3- A tool for monitoring consumption

Within the CLÉA digital space, home consumption is detailed and broken down into 5 items: domestic hot water, heating, electrical outlets, cooling and others.
On the individual side, an intuitive screen enables users to customize their usage. The aim is to provide a precise breakdown of consumption items.
From 2021, a direct link between CLÉA and LINKY and/or GAZPAR will be set up to provide automatic consumption readings.

4- A response to different regulations

The consumption monitoring tool available in CLÉA complies with article 23 of the RT 2012 thermal regulations. And the digital space is also compatible with the requirements of the future Carnet d’Information du Logement (CIL), which will concern :

  • All new homes for which the building permit application is submitted from 01/01/2022,
  • Existing homes carrying out work after this date.
5- A module dedicated to Qualitel compilers

CLEA features an analysis tool that saves time and enhances the quality of those who populate the application.

Qualitel is already renewing its confidence in Digiwin. Many new features are already planned for 2021!
